Once a month a PHSA mom or dad will host an informal gathering for our homeschooling parents. Sometimes known as Mom's Morning Out, it can be held at a private home, restaurant, coffee shop or park. Some hosts like to have a central topic of encouragement, while others just want homeschooling adults to socialize, giving them a chance to bring up whatever frustrations, successes or confusions weigh heavy on their heart at that time. Either way, it's always a monthly favorite and a guaranteed pick-me-up.
